Preliminary information only

This static validation website describes a proposed service. It is not an order, service contract or acceptance of enrollment. Pilot enrollment is not open for payment yet. There is no checkout, and the sample does not send messages.

Any actual pilot requires an agreed written scope and enabled billing. An email expressing interest does not purchase a service, create a subscription or authorize customer contact.

Proposed scope and prices

The proposed pilot is $299 one-time for 14 days, with up to 25 eligible existing inquiries and up to 2 approved follow-ups per inquiry. The proposed ongoing plan is $799/month, with up to 75 eligible inquiries per month and up to 3 approved follow-ups per inquiry.

These are proposed prices, not currently purchasable plans. Eligibility, timing, message limits, treatment of acknowledgments, fees, payment, cancellation and any ongoing service would need to be agreed in writing. No ongoing plan starts automatically from visiting this site or expressing interest.

Planned pilot safeguards

The concept is AI-operated and email-only, using a business-owned sender. The client would approve scope, templates and eligible inquiries before any customer contact.

We stop when a customer replies or opts out. Technical questions go back to your business. These are planned pilot safeguards, not installed features; reply and opt-out handling must be implemented and verified before live use.

No staff or human review is promised. There are no live calls, SMS, automated voice, cold homeowner lists, emergency support or 24/7 response promises. Sensitive health or financial information must never be requested.

Client responsibilities and choice

The client remains responsible for construction advice, final quotes, availability, customer decisions and legal contact permissions. Replivana would not provide medical, construction or financial advice or make decisions for homeowners.

A client may decline AI service and stop without being pressured. The actual agreement would state how service stops and how any outstanding billing is handled.

No revenue, conversion, response or other business result is guaranteed. The sample messages are fictional illustrations, not evidence of customers, performance or a working service.
